Directions
- Place all ingredients together in a container large enough to hold a whole chicken and mix them well.
- Rinse a whole roasting chicken, making sure to remove the giblets and any other loose parts from the cavity.
- Submerge the chicken in the brine for 18 to 24 hours, refrigerated.
