Chicken brest, bone and halved

Pineapple juice

Brown sugar

Onion, finely chopped

Chili sauce

Directions

  1. Directions: Place chicken in casserole.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Baked covered for one hour at 350 degres.
  4. Bake uncovered for half an hour.
  5. If sauce is thin add little flour to thicken during final moments of cooking.
