Onion Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

(10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts

Chopped sweet onions

Grated cheddar cheese

Eggs, slightly beaten

Mayonnaise

Cream of mushroom soup

Soup can water

Converted rice, uncooked

c
Sliced mushrooms

Chicken breasts (boneless, if desired)
Paprika
Directions
- Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain.
- Mix together the next 7 ingredients.
- Add broccoli and onions and stir.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
