Ingredients

Chicken;whole

Water;more as needed

Buttermilk Biscuits dairy/refrig type

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken whole.
  2. When done, cool then skin and debone.
  3. Return meat to broth.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cut each buscuit in 4 pieces. (Usually 10 buiscuits per can).
  6. Drop cut buscuits rapidly, one at a time into the broth.
  7. Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes, then turn to low and cover pan.
  8. When buscuits drop to the bottom - it's done! Serve and eat.
