Lg. boneless chicken breasts

Cheddar cheese

Deli ham (very thin sliced)
Season salt, pepper to taste
Bisquick
Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts into three portions each.
- Salt and pepper them and roll them in Bisquick.
- Fry in hot oil, turning frequently, until done.
- Drain the oil and place a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese on top of each slice.
- Cover and cook until cheese melts.
