Chicken Florentine Recipe

Spinach, fresh, chopped

Tomatoes, cherry, halved

Directions

  1. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in cornstarch; mix in broth and basil.
  3. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens; stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Add chicken, spinach and tomatoes; cover and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
  5. Serve over hot cooked pasta if desired.
