Directions
- Grease casserole dish.
- Place 3 cups corn chips in dish bottom to cover.
- Mix chicken, chillies, onion, spices and add to dish.
- Spread cheese over all.
- Cover with sour cream, cover the dish, bake at 325 F for 30 minutes, uncover and add remaining chips.
- Bake another 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.
