Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

Large Chicken Breasts

Chineese pea pods

Small green onions

Chicken bouillion cube

Mushrooms

Carrots, medium

Slices white bread

Directions

  1. Cut each breast in half, remove bones.
  2. Leave skin on.
  3. With a mallet, pound breasts until 1/4" thick.
  4. Chop mushrooms, cut pea pods into thin strips.
  5. Cut carrote crosswise in half, mince onions.
  6. Saute vegetables until tender, remove about 1/2 cup veggies, set aside.
  7. Put remaining ingredients in bowl and add bread torn in pieces with 2 tsp. water and 1/4 tsp salt.
  8. Spoon mixture into each breast, fold over, fasten with toothpicks.
  9. Add oil to skillet, cook chicken until brown, add chicken bouillion and 3/4 cup water.
  10. Heat to boiling, simmer about 20 minutes.
  11. Add a cup of milk and 1 TBS flour to make sauce.
  12. Add Vegetables.
