Directions
- Pre Heat oven to 375 Degrees.
- Place Roast (Fat Side down) into Roasting pan that has a cover.
- Sprinkle with spices, add water, cover and put into Heated oven.
- Bake until done.
- Cooking Pork, usually 45 minutes per pound is sufficient While Baking, baste to insure that roast is juicy when done.
