Mushrooms, fresh sliced

Olives, ripe whole

Tomato puree OR

Claret wine or sherry
Directions
- Dust chicken parts with flour which has been well mixed with salt and peppe.
- Saute in butter(or olive oil) until golden brown.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer over low heat for 20-30 mins.
