Chicken breasts

Melted butter

Fine whole wheat bread
Crumbs

Parmesan cheese

Garlic, minced

Chopped parsley

Seasoned salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse chicken breasts; pat dry.
- Dip into melted butter; coat with mixture of the remaining ingredients.
- Arrange skin side up in shallow baking pan.
- Sprinkle with any remaining butter and crumb mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until tender.
