  1. Cut 2 pounds pork tenderloin and 2 pounds veal steak in pieces 1 pieces of veal and pork on wooden skewers until 6 pieces are used.
  2. Roll each in cracker crumbs.
  3. Dip in beaten egg.
  4. Brown on all sides in deep fat (365 F).
  5. Place in baking pan.
  6. Add 2 cups milk.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake in slow oven (325 F) about 2 hours. 8 servings.
