Lemony Peach Grilled Pork Recipe

Ingredients

Peach nectar, divided

Boneless pork roast

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for cooking.
  2. Stir together 1 cup peach nectar, corn syrup, lemon peel, lemon juice, ginger, and salt in medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently; boil for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together remaining 1/4 cup peach nectar and the corn starch until smooth; stir into saucepan.
  5. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and cool.
  7. Cut pork into 1-inch thick slices.
  8. Place on grill 6 inches above medium-hot coals; cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  9. Brush with some of the peach sauce.
  10. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes more or until pork is tender, brushing with sauce and turning occasionally.
  11. Reheat remaining sauce and serve with pork.
