Country-style pork ribs, cut into single

Directions
- Combine soy sauce, honey, sherry, garlic, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, five-spice powder, and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
- Place ribs in a plastic bag; pour marinade over ribs, turning to coat.
- Seal bag and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, turning once.
- Drain marinade into microwave measure; set aside.
- Place ribs and water in 14x20-inch oven cooking bag; tie bag loosely and place in microwave baking dish.
- Microcook ribs at Medium for 40 minutes, turning bag and rearranging ribs after 20 minutes.
- Remove ribs from bag and place in microwave-safe cooking dish.
- Pour reserved marinade over ribs, turning to coat.
- Cover dish with lid, or vent one corner of plastic wrap, and continue cooking at Medium for 10 minutes; rearranging ribs after 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Garnish with green onion curls and lemon slices, if desired.
