Pork chops, trimmed of fat

Envelope onion soup mix

Can chick peas (garbonzo)
Chinese cabbage
Directions
- Brown chops in skillet.
- Remove.
- Add enough oil to make 1 Tablespoon fat in skillet, stir in flour, cloves and soup mix.
- Stir in water.
- Return chops, cover and simmer 35-40 minutes.
- Add drained chick peas, heat through.
- Cut chinese cabbage into 1 1/2" rounds, place in separate skillet, add 1/2 cup water, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Cook covered at simmer until tender crisp.
- Drain, dot with butter.
- Serve with Garlic Bread.
