Sticks butter or margarine

Onion, chopped

Bell pepper chopped

Ribs celery, chopped

Whole kernel corn, fresh from the cob, if possible.

Can whole tomatoes, crushed in their juice

Cream
Directions
- Salt and pepper to taste In a large, heavy, black iron pot, brown the pork in hot butter or margarine.
- Add the onions, bell pepper and celery and smother it down with the pork.
- Stir frequently.
- Add the corn and tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes or so.
- Store frequently.
- Then add the cream and season to taste.
